As Director and Licensee of Kennedy Learmont for more than 10 years, Karen has brought together a team of experienced and dedicated property specialists to manage the interests of clients.

Founded with Andrew Learmont, Karen's experience includes sales, leasing and property management of a diverse portfolio of industrial / retail and commercial properties located across Sydney.

Moving from a career in fast paced shopping centre marketing and PR Consulting for national brands into the world of property sales, leasing and management, Karen has a unique understanding of a diverse range of businesses and their requirements.
